A high performance heated vest designed to provide you with warmth where and when you need it. The heating system is based on Fabroc, a revolutionary new material invented for use in the aerospace industry. Fabroc is extremely efficient in generating heat from a low voltage source. Fabroc panels are pre-set to a maximum surface temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. It is not possible to overheat Fabroc as it automatically uses less power as it reaches its operating temperature, a unique property that ensures the material is intrinsically safe.

There are no wires in the heat panels, which are made of specially treated Fabroc polymer, with a conductive braid element. The outer garment layer is made of a stretchable wind and waterproof fabric called AirXtream. The only wires in this vest are the cable connectors. The vest connects via a fused cable to the battery of your microlight. A lightweight, rechargeable battery pack is available and will provide warmth for up to 3 hours.
